Low-density urethane foam step processing
Even with low-density foam, we were able to process step cuts without deformation. Soft polyurethane can also be beautifully cut with step cuts using water jet processing.
We use low-density urethane ECZ manufactured by Inoac Corporation. Soft materials can be cleanly processed through cutting with water pressure. By changing the processing direction, we finish it in two steps, both vertically and horizontally.
